Inside Products

The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is a large open international community of network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers concerned with the evolution of the Internet architecture and the smooth operation of the Internet. It is open to any interested individual.  The actual technical work of the IETF is done in its working groups, which are organized by topic into several areas. Inside Products is currently working to establish a Working Group to address the concerns of large Data Center Operators.

The IETF holds meetings three times per year.  Information on upcoming meetings is available HERE.

SHARKFEST is an annual 4-day gathering focused on sharing Wireshark knowledge, experience and best practices between members of the global developer and user communities. Attendees are those interested in teaching and learning the art of packet analysis and supporting one another in educational and professional pursuits as they relate to network management, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and more.

SHARE Inc. is an independent, volunteer run association providing enterprise technology professionals with continuous education and training, valuable professional networking and effective industry influence.  It is focused primarily on IBM mainframes.

SHARE conferences come around twice a year.  They will be held March 5-10, 2015, San Jose, California and August 6-11, 2017, Providence, Rhode Island.
March 11-16, 2018, Sacramento, California.
